Junior Achievement of Tampa Bay awards Rybicki for his dedication to Tampa students.

This award recognizes individuals and organizations who exemplify the philanthropic qualities that are at the forefront of Junior Achievement’s movement. The Vanguard Award honors those who support Junior Achievement of Tampa Bay through volunteerism, donations, sponsorship, and contributions, progressing a shared vision of empowering the students of Tampa Bay.
